Why did you initially join the Westchase Krewe? 

 To support the community, to have fun, and to continue to make relationships in Westchase. 

What do you love about the Krewe?

 I just joined before the 2020 Kids’ Parade. So far, the parades are what I enjoy the most, but I haven’t yet experienced everything. 

What do you do when not a Pirate?

Why did you initially join the Westchase Krewe? 

 A few neighbors and I were invited to a recruitment social here in Westchase.  After nine Mardi Gras experiences on the streets of New Orleans, the idea of being on a float during Gasparilla (instead of in the crowd) was just too alluring.  Sign me up! 

What do you love about the Krewe?

 Hanging out with Krewe and meeting new friends at the socials and parades, having the opportunity to represent and do good things for our community, volunteering, and fundraising for important charitable causes, and of course, dressing up and drinking like a pirate a few times a year! 

What do you do when not a Pirate?

 Happily retired after 27+ years in the beer business!  Committed to my family, the Krewe and the Westchase community!

Why did you initially join the Westchase Krewe? 

 To enjoy camaraderie with new people, participate in local philanthropic activities and be a part of the age-old tradition of Gasparilla. 

What do you love about the Krewe?

 The people and the philanthropic attitude.
